About Me! Who Am I?

Hi, I'm Winnie Valencia. I'm a manual therapist with over 20 years of experience and advanced training in lymphatic and nervous system work, and I spend most of my time working with breastfeeding mothers who are doing everything right and still struggling.

I know how frustrating it is to try suggestion after suggestion and feel like something is fundamentally wrong. Most of the time, the missing piece isn't effort or technique, it's that nobody has looked at what the body's drainage system is doing underneath it all.

My approach focuses on supporting the lymphatic system, a network inside breast tissue that most breastfeeding support completely overlooks.
